Rebuild Your Gut, Rebuild Your Life
This has been a very popular and successful class for those dealing with digestive issues such as gas and bloating, recurring acid indigestion and acid reflux, diarrhea or constipation, SIBO or Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth. It is also appropriate for food allergies and any autoimmune disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Hashimoto’s, and others. Our gut constitutes between 60-80% of our immune function. Keeping it healthy and functioning at optimal levels is of primary importance if we want to live a full life.
Join us in learning how to make bone and meat broth, homemade sauerkraut, and how to incorporate healthy fats, carbohydrates, and proteins into our daily meals in simple and delicious ways to help control inflammation. These classes are not about deprivation! The food is lush and satisfying, and of a quality that will help support you in moving toward a healthy digestive system.
Taught by Christy Thiel, MNT and Chef Linda Hoffman

Diabetes? We are interested to know if there is any interest in a Diabetes Boot Camp, a weekend class that will run from Friday night dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch, and Sunday brunch. You can volunteer to help prepare one of the meals for the group. There will be guest speakers, great food, and recipes to support diabetes care. If this sounds interesting to you, please call Linda at 970-407-8828.
